Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Gina Stock (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because my work involves reserved time, preparation, and energetic presence, the following policy is in place to honor both parties.

Cancellations With More Than 24 Hours’ Notice

If you cancel a scheduled service more than 24 hours in advance, you may request:

  • A refund, minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees, or

  • A full credit toward future services

Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

If you cancel a service less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the session is not eligible for a refund.

Instead, you will receive:

  • A credit toward future services, equal to the amount paid 

This policy acknowledges the reserved nature of session time and the preparation involved.

 

No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is considered forfeited and is not eligible for a refund. Credit may be offered at my discretion.

Credit Card Processing Fees

Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the refunded amount may be slightly less than the original payment to account for these fees.
